 This week we started Netball! Students had a great time learning the rules and playing against each other. 

Last week, we started novel studies. We began with a Book Tasting where student got to look at read bits from a variety of book to determine if they are at their just right reading level and something that interests them. Students also indulged in some tea and snacks while they read. 

In math, we have been working on adding and subtracting decimals. Students were tasked with planning a camping trip for them and 2 of their friends. They have a budget of $1000.00 to get food for three days and all their camping equipment. It has been a super fun and engaging project. They are having a great time shopping around, and becoming more appreciative on how much things cost.
